Description: Each database is named by state. Within each state's database, the following files represent how changes were quantified:SS_Baseline_NN User-generated baseline where SS is the state, and NN is the sequential number of baselines created. The highest number is often the baseline applied for the analysis.SS_Baseline_NN_SPLIT User-generated baseline where SS is the state, NN is the sequential number of baselines created, and SPLIT represents the baseline split at intersections with transects. The highest number is often the baseline applied for the analysis.SS_Transect_NN User-generated transects where SS is the state, and NN is the sequential number of transect files created. The highest number is often the transects applied for the analysis.SS_Transect_NN_Mask Mask generated from the transects where SS is the state, and NN is the sequential number of transect files created. The highest number is often the transects applied for the analysis. The mask can be used to minimize the memory required to quantify surface volumes.SS_Transect_NN_Clip_Mask Mask generated from the SS_Transect_NN_Mask where SS is the state, and NN is the sequential number of transect files created. The highest number is often the transects applied for the analysis. The mask removes the split transects in SS_Transect_NN_Mask thus creating a single mask per segment which streamlines volume change processing.SS_Difference_Grid_YYYY_YYYY_Segment_NN Difference grid between years YYYY and YYYY within state SS at Segment NN. Segments refer to the segments created with there are multiple lines that make up the baseline file.SS_Difference_Grid_Volume_2005_2010 Difference grid volume as polygons between years YYYY and YYYY within state SS.SS_final_lookup_table Compiled final lookup table within state SS that can be queried using the JALBTCX toolbox.SS_MHW_Difference_Volume_YYYY_YYYY MHW difference volume for state SS between years YYYY and YYYY.SS_MHW_Volume_YYYY MHW volume for state SS for year YYYY.SS_Shoreline_YYYY_Merged Merged shoreline for state SS and year YYYY.SS_Shoreline_YYYY_Merged_Mask MHW mask for state SS and year YYYY based off shoreline SS_Shoreline_YYYY_Merged.SS_Shoreline_Change_YYYY_YYYY Intersection points generated when analyzing shoreline change between years YYYY and YYYY for state SS.SS_Surface_Grid_YYYY_Segment_NN Surface grid clipped by SS_Transect_NN_Clip_Mask for year YYYY in state SS and segment NN.
